Web DSIS |
Web DSIS (Distributed Student Information System) is an interactive utility that allows students to access pertinent information regarding their academic career at UMF. By logging on to Web DSIS, students can immediately get up-to-date information on their course selections, financial aid, billing, and academic progress. For new students, information on connecting to Web DSIS and other UMaine System services is packaged with the acceptance materials from the Admissions Office. Current students should be familiar with using Web DSIS. For anyone not familiar, read on. To log on to Web DSIS, you must enter a Student ID and a password. The Student ID is either your Social Security Number or an alternate ID generated for you by UMF. The Password is initially your date of birth ("mmddyy" format) and you will be prompted to change it upon accessing the system. If you have trouble logging in, please contact the Registrar's Office at 778-7240 for help. Web DSIS is being updated constantly to better serve the students of UMF. The newest version of Web DSIS can be accessed if you are using Netscape 7.0 and above or Internet Explorer 5.0 and above by clicking here.
