Student Employment Position Request Forms |
If you wish to apply for any of these student work programs for Summer 2008 and/or Academic Year 2008-2009, please review and print off the necessary forms before completing and submitting them to the Financial Aid Office by 4:30 pm Friday, February 8, 2008. Applications received after that date will be held pending the availability of funds. Please remember the Student Work Initiative Program funding is very competitive.
Application materials to apply for Federal Work-study, Summer University Work-study, and Student Work Initiative positions for Summer 2008 and the 2008-2009 Academic Year is available in a convenient PDF file. You may print this form, fill it out, and mail it to the Financial Aid Office or fill in the information right in Adobe Acrobat Reader before printing it out and mailing it to us. Please be sure to complete all necessary forms and collect all appropriate signatures before sending.
