Futurama Rachel Lemieux Scholarship

Description:

Applicants must be Maine residents who will graduate or who have graduated from high school and who will in enroll in an accredited college or school or post-secondary education this year, must be able to demonstrate financial need, and have a realistic goal relating to educational plans.

Award:

One scholarship of $1200.

How to apply:

Applications for this scholarship can be picked up at the UMF Merrill Center.  Applicants will also need to include an official transcript from high school, verification of acceptance from the college or school, at least three letters of recommendation, and a signed statement of the applicant's educational and personal goals.

Deadline:

Completed applications must be received by April 20 and sent to the nearest local organization (see list on the application form).
