Cumberland County Retired Teachers Scholarship

Description:

Applicants must be residents of Cumberland County, Maine, have completed one semester at an accredited college, must submit a completed application form and resume and be majoring in either Education.

Award:

There will be two scholarships of $750 available.

How to apply:

Applicants must send a resume that includes the applicant's name, mailing address, home address, and telephone number, a past and present academic background (including a transcript of college grades, awards and achievements.), a short essay stating reasons for choosing the profession, three written character references (names and addresses included) from professional and personal acquaintances, and assorted personal information.  Applications can be obtained by contacting the address below.
