Description: It is Army Emergency Relief's (AER) objective to ensure all Army families, active, retired and survivor, are made aware of the scholarship opportunities available for the spouse and dependent children of Soldiers. Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide financial assistance to Army Soldiers and their dependents in time of valid emergency needs.
