Pay Level III STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Employee performs difficult and complex tasks of an interpersonal nature. Work involves acting as a resource to people in a variety of settings. Employee works with little supervision and independent judgment and initiative are experienced frequently. DUTIES: 1) Meets individually with students on a weekly basis to determine various needs. 2) Completes reports on results of meeting with students. 3) May instruct students in specific course-work. 4) Acts as a resource, referring students to appropriate educational,
social, recreational and health related services. |
