Pay Level IV STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Employee performs highly skilled technical and complex work which requires a high
degree of creativity and expertise. Work is performed without direct supervision and
requires a high level of independent judgment, initiative and discretion. Work is
performed under general instruction. Student will be required to have skills in areas
related to the specific project. 1) Plans and develops the specific project. 2) Does highly skills work on specific projects. 3) Provides instruction for project maintenance. 4) May coordinate/supervise activities of several other student
