Reading Tutor III / Coordinator |
Pay Level III STATEMENT OF THE JOB: The employee performs responsible tasks related to reading instruction for children in public schools, and when assigned, coordinates and provides support to Reading Tutors II. Work is performed with limited supervision and involves independent judgment and initiative, organizational skills, prior experience and a high level of achievement in course work related to reading instruction. DUTIES: 1) Collaborates with UMF faculty, cooperating teacher(s),
and/or school principal(s) to identify the needs of individual child(ren) and develop
appropriate plan(s) of instruction. The statement above reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements which may be inherent to the position. |
