Programming Assistant

STATEMENT OF THE JOB:

Employee performs simple tasks in effort to provide programming to students on campus.  Work is accomplished with some supervision and requires little use of independent judgment and initiative.

DUTIES:

1) Assist in planning programs from beginning to end.

2) Coordinates preparation for events including setting up and monitoring equipment, taking tickets, and providing security.

3) Maintains informational boards.

4) Assists with routine office duties.
