Phonathon Specialist

STATEMENT OF THE JOB:

Employee performs routine phone work associated with the Alumni Annual Fund Campaign. Employee works with direct supervision and requires some use of independent judgment. Intensive training session is mandatory.

DUTIES:

1) Call alumni to solicit contributions for Annual Fund Campaign.

2) Provides general campus-based information to alumni as requested.

3) May be required to input some data entry.
