Pay Level II STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Employee performs routine tasks assisting students with computer use. Employee works with available supervision and is expected to use some judgment. Familiarity with PC, Apple and/or IBM mainframe is required. DUTIES: 1) Assist students with computer-use questions. 2) Assist computer center users with software checkout. 3) Performs simple and routine clerical tasks for office as needed.
