Employee performs routine coverage to maintain an atmosphere in the Commons conducive to the event being sponsored.  Employee serves as liaison with others and works under general supervision using limited judgment.  Maintains daily log of functions and issues.

1) Performs basic to advanced media setups for events;

2) Maintains schedule of coverage;

3) Works with bartenders and Campus Police;

4) Meets and greets performers as well as contact people;

5) Is part of the team for planning;

6) Assists in advertising for events;

7) Other duties as assigned.
