Pay Level III STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Employee performs service-oriented tasks of an interpersonal nature related to access and usage of building. Work is performed with minimal supervision and requires frequent use of independent judgment, initiative and discretion. DUTIES: 1) Greets visitors, answers telephones, and gives general information. 2) Processes membership applications for access to facility. 3) Responsible for limiting access to building to appropriate participants. 4) Is responsible for scheduling usage of facility. The statement above reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements which may be inherent to the position. |
