STATEMENT OF THE JOB: This position requires some proficiency or background in a particular field. This proficiency is acquired from a significant amount of work or through educational experience. Position requires successful completion of Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries course, First Aid and CPR certification, or by permission. DUTIES: Employee will perform tasks as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer to include but are not limited to: 1) Being present at all practices and home games 2) Training room management 3) Pre-practice and pre-event training room set up 4) Provide first aid at practices and games 5) Written and verbal communication with head athletic trainer The statement above reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements which may be inherent to the position. |
